Timeout Error When Running or Exporting Report (Doc ID 1583295.1)

Symptoms

When either manually running or automatically exporting a scheduled Insight report, the report fails. The User receives an error including the phrase "timed out" (e.g. "report timed out" or "connection timed out"). In the context of a scheduled report, the User receives the following system notification:

To: <RECIPIENT>
Subject: Report timed out

Dear <RECIPIENT>,

Report <REPORT NAME> could not be generated due to timeout.

The issue can be reproduced by either running a report manually (refer to Doc ID 1538195.1 for step-by-step instructions) or schedule a report for export (refer to Doc ID 1527610.1 for step-by-step instructions).
