Timeout Error When Running or Exporting Insight Report

When either manually running or automatically exporting a scheduled Insight report, the report fails. The User receives an error including the phrase "timed out" (e.g. "report timed out" or "connection timed out"). In the context of a scheduled report, the User receives the following system notification:

From: donotreply@invalidemail.com [mailto:donotreply@invalidemail.com]
Sent: [Date/Time]
To: [Recipient]
Subject: Report timed out

Dear [Recipient],

Report [Report Name] could not be generated due to timeout.

Reports run successfully, with no time out error.
