When attempting to Run the Payroll or a QuickPay for an employee in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the following error occurs:

(SQLERRMC=ORA-20001: An assertion failure was detected at location pay_payroll_run.get_calc_breakdown_id:1. Details: Contact your support representative. An application error has occurred.
