Symptoms

ISSUE
Customer unable to access the FTP drop box that was created for the transfer of TCB files, even after adding the customer-provided IP addresses to the Taleo FTP firewall's "allowed list".

Example of customer-provided IP address:  10.152.208.xxx and 10.152.209.xxx
