Cannot Add Nodes Into Organization Tree

When attempting to add nodes to the organization tree the following error occurs.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 86, Server Domain; Server Instance: , Application Name: HcmCoreSetupApp.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access task 'Manage Organization Trees.
2. Create Tree.
3. Create Tree Version
4. Specify Nodes by clicking on "+" --> Search Unit --> Select Node --> Click "Add Tree Node".
