Goal

Changes to Eligibility not being picked up in Compensation Plan Refresh.

Compensation Plan uses eligibility profiles to determine eligibility and  the eligibility profile is defined using Bargaining Units (A set of bargaining units is listed to determine who is eligible).

It is observed that one Bargaining Unit value is missing from the set and therefore a few employees are not included in the compensation plan (Expected result). 

- Adding the missing bargaining unit to the eligibility profile definition

- Submit the "Refresh Workforce Compensation Data" task 

- Check the "Reevaluate eligibility" check box as the option.

-- The missing employees are not included into the plan... 

- Run the same job again but this time check the "Full Refresh" box

-- The missing employees are not included into the compensation plan.

How can this be corrected?
