Carryover days is not shown although the process is completed successfully

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle-Manage Employment Information

After running the "Calculate Accrual Carry-over" process, the carried over balance is not shown for employee in the View Accrual Balances UI.

The employee has an accrual balance of 12 days at the end of the accrual term 31-Dec-1986. The carryover process is run to carry forward the unused balance to next term. The following values are passed for the parameters Accrual Term and Effective Date.

  Accrual Term = Previous
  Effective Date = 01/01/1987

The carry over process is completed successfully. But when the balance is viewed for the employee, the carried over days is not shown in the View Accrual Balances UI.
Due to this issue, the accrual balances shown are incorrect.

The expectation is to see the Carry Over Days = (Max Carry Over) for the employee when viewing balances for Effective Date = 01-01-1987



Steps To Reproduce
1. View the Accrual Balances as of 31-12-1985 (End of Accrual Term)
2. Run the Carry Over process with Accrual Term = Previous and Effective Date = 01/01/1987
3. View the accrual balance as of 01-01-1987, it does not show the carried over days
