Last updated on MARCH 11, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Product Model - Version 11.1.6.0.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Product Hub Cloud Service - Version 11.1.5.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.1.6.0.0 version, Manage Product/Service Data-Manage Revisions/Versions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item revision level Extensible Flex Field (EFF) / User Defined Attribute (UDA) definition for multiple item revisions, always updates the same revision

When using the Oracle Fusion Application page to set a value for an EFF at item revision entity, the system always shows and updates the same revision (even though another revision was selected).

For example: define EFF attribute for revision 000, query revision 001: same value is shown. Now update the EFF attribute for revision 001, query revision 000: same value is shown.
In the database, only one row exist in EGO_ITEM_REVISION_EFF_B (even though EFF attribute was defined for multiple revisions).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multiple revisions should be handled correctly by the system when EFFs are being used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item with EFF / UDA settings
2. Ensure revision control is on
3. Revise item and EFF
4. Note that the system does not handle multiple revisions.
