ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When I create a new contact in Fusion Mobile Sales or edit the record, the fields Status and Contact Role become embedded in the Mobile Phone Number field.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

These fields should not be included in the section but rather be in their own section.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit a Contact in Fusion Mobile Sales
2. The fields Status and Contact Role become embedded in the Mobile Phone Number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue the fields Status and Contact Role become embedded in the Mobile Phone Number.
