Employee Evaluation Due Date Changes are not Reflecting Correctly (Doc ID 1587699.1)

Q 1) If the employee has started/created the performance document but not complete or submitted yet what will be the due date for them? are their perf documents be locked out after 9/20/2013?

For e.g: Have changed the Manager Evaluation due date as well from 10/11/2013 to 10/31/2013 on 09/12/2013. So employee who have already created or submitted their self evaluation before 09/12/2013 have the manager evaluation due date as of 10/11/2013. Please let us know if there is any process that we can run to apply the new dates to all the performance document no matter if the employee has created the performance document or not.

Question 2) what if the next cycle if we do want these due date to be drop dead date so for example, if we set the Worker self evaluation due date 12/31/2013 and anyone who hasn't submitted the self evaluation by 12/31, they would not be able to edit their self evaluation after that unless admin intervenes to change the due date for them.
