Fusion Talent: Issue With Calculated Ratings Across Pages of Performance Document After Completing The Document and Submitting and Then Manager Reopening the PD (Doc ID 1587931.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance-Evaluate Worker Performance

When a manager submits a performance evaluation document, they see a calculated rating; they assume its correct and submit the evaluation. Next, they go back and make some further changes to the performance document and when they go back to the overall summary page, the calculated evaluation is still the same. Even by going back and forth between tabs does not resolve this issue.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a performance document when manager enters ratings for competencies/goals, reviews the overall summary calculated rating and submits the performance document.
2. Next, the manager re-opens the performance document again, and makes some additional changes to both goals and competencies rating and reviews the overall summary calculated rating; this has not changed.

Consider an example,


When the Manager submits the Manager Evaluation, the manager Evaluation status is set to "Completed". When the manager comes back to make changes, the status is not changed, hence changes are not registered.
