Symptoms

On :  11.1.7.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to to see details by clicking red square icon in customer address field get error
the following error occurs.

Error A map is currently unavailable. (ATK-3315019)
Cause The mapping service to use for displaying the map has not been defined.
Action Contact your help desk.
