Statements not generating for changes made to employee Compensation

Expect to generate the statement correctly if a change is made.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Give employee a salary increase in workforce compensation
2. Save the worksheet
3. Generate the statement for the employee (the statement generates with the salary increase amounts)
4. Go back and make a change to the same employee (It can be anything, salary increase, promotion. etc.)
5. Save the worksheet
6. Generate the statement for the employee (This time the statement generates with the same as before instead of the new values)
