Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Outlook Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using "Send Email to Contact" in Fusion CRM Outlook from the Contact Form the Customer Name and Contact Name are not populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Customer and/or Contact Name fields should be auto-populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a contact
2. Click "Send Email to Contact"
3. The Customer and Contact Name are not filled in


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Customer Name and Contact Name fields are blank.
