Fusion Global Payroll: Errors When Adding Salary Continuation Element To Terminated Record (Doc ID 1589840.1)

Symptoms

Getting errors when adding Salary Continuation element to terminated records. When trying to add before or after term date, various errors appear.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException
The Attribute EffectiveStartDate must be earlier than or equal to the attribute EffectiveeEndDate. (HRC-1035096)
The Attribute Effective Start Date must be earlier than or equal to the attribute EffectiveeEndDate. (HRC-1035096)
The element entry identifier is invalid, because it does not exist in PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_F. (PAY-1635714) The element entry usage cannot be created for an invalid element entry.
The end date must be later than or equal tot he start date for the entry usage (PAY-1635381)
The attribute start date must be earlier than or equal to the attribute end date (HRC-1035096)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to person management
2. Search for person and go to manage element entries
3. Add a Salary continuation element and submit
4. System throws error
