Performance Management Rating Scales (FSM => Manage Profile Rating Models):
The order of the values in the Performance Document LOV e.g Worker Overall Rating, do not match the order of the ratings entered in Manage Profile Rating Models
For example in the Performance Document LOV the order is A, B, D, C, E but in Manage Target Ratings Distribution the order is A, B, C, D, E.
