New hire and Leaver checklist needs to contain start or termination date respectively.
You have created new starter and Leaver checklists which work correctly. However if you wish to use these for example to tell IT to withdraw accounts or set new account up and similarly for Facilities to create buildings access you need to include a start or leave date . The target dates can be set up, but these are only to be used so many days after the checklist is issued.
Is there any way of controlling the release of the checklist to be say 5 days before start of leave date or being able to include the checklist in the notification?
Client would like the checklist notification to just show the start or leave date somewhere in the notification.
Can this be accomplished?
