Fusion Global HR: Data Role Is Giving Access To Users Own Record (Doc ID 1591428.1)

Symptoms

Custom HR Employee Services role has been created based on a custom job role. Person and Public Person has been set to View All, however Access to Own Record is not selected for either and the individual can still see their own record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a view all HR role. Ensure Access Own Record is not selected for Person or Public Person objects.
2. Assign the role to a user
3. Navigator>Person Management
4. Search on own record and select
Can access the record
