Manager worksheet for plan configured with a column that is set to be an open box (not = read-only). After Manager downloads worksheet to Excel using the icon on the screen, the resulting worksheet indicates the column referred to above is read only. Yet other columns, when downloaded from the worksheet and not set to read only appear as open data entry boxes on the worksheet.

Is this a bug or a configuration issue?
