Custom Object Issue : On Child Objec Error Messages For A Mandatory Field Are Not Standardized (Doc ID 1594015.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.6.0.0 version, Application Customer Center


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Need more coherent error message when doing setup of custom objects and standard objects
-  Consumer (standard) eg
-  Sales Account child object : XXX


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ie custom objects should have same error message look , feel and content than standard ones  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a)
By comparing error message when creating Sales Account Child objects and a standard objects : consumer
found that custom sales account child objects have no similar error messages for :

-  missing requited fields
-  all values of fixed list of Value are selected

have non standard error messages


b)
Model to have is :

Behaviour on required fields in Consumer record creation
Case 1 : all required fields are not filled in (all have the red rectangle and a global error message is displayed with field name indicated)

Case 2 : One required field is not filled in (the required field has the red rectangle and a message is displayed near the field to indicate the required attribute)



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have coherent message when  doing the same mistake in scope of custom and standard object
