Symptoms
ADF Error encountered while creating a performance template
While creating the performance template, the following error is encountered.
ERROR

ADFC-06003: EL expression '${pageFlowScope.ContainerBean.fragmentTaskFlowId}' for a region TaskFlowId in binding 'fragmentRegion' evaluated to null, a non-null value must be specified.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Tools > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for the Task "Manage Performance Templates"
3. Create a new performance template
4. Enter the details in the General Tab. Click on the Process tab
5. Choose the process flow from the LOV
6. Get the following error:
