We need to change our timezone due to daylight savings time. Can we change the timezone or operating hours across All Departments in InstantService?

We need to switch the timezone for all our departments Is there was a way to do it quickly on ALL departments instead of changing the hours manually in Live Help On Demand (Departments>Chats>Queue Availability) ?
