'The login has been deactivated' Message When Logging Into the Employee Website

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into the Employee Website, the Employee receives the following error:
Error: Invalid Data. Review all error messages below to correct your data.
The login [Employee Website Login] has been deactivated, please contact your website administrator.
Note that users of the Talent Center will receive the following error:
Your account has no privilege to access Talent Center, please contact your website administrator.
The behavior is otherwise identical on the Talent Center, and can be resolved with the solution below.
