Import Of Segment Values And Hierarchies Completes In Error For Non-Natural Account Segments (Doc ID 1597076.1)

When attempting to upload segment values for the chart of accounts using the spreadsheet integration, the program Import Segment Values and Hierarchies for a segment different than the account segment ends in error.

The log file of the program shows the following:
Processing Segment Value:<value>
Invalid Account Type null
Validation failed for value:<value>
There were some invalid values found during processing of imported value set values.
Import of values failed for version:<version>, Value Set:<value set name>.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the integration spreadsheet.
2. The spreadsheet has values for multiple segments in the chart of accounts starting with the values for the Natural Account Segment
3. Submit the program Import Segment Values and Hierarchies for the DAS and value set. The program ends with error.
