Loss of functionality
Agent unable to save attachment *.ini

Significance of loss
Agent needs to save attachments to be able to perfom duties

Steps or events that lead to the Issue occurring
Agent takes email incident. Clicks on the attachments link to attempt to save attachment

Where the Issue happens
Email agent console

Expected or acceptable result
Agent should be able to save the document to their hard drive

Error message
"C:\Users\<username>\Downloads\config.ini you don't have permission to save in this location. contact the administrator to obtain permission." (where <username> is the user's Windows user name)

Other agents are able to save the same file
