Symptoms

When trying login to federation SSO enabled fusion application environment, user will get 500 error.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application

2. Enter correct user name and password
You will get a 500 error

or

"System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
