Chats coming from a mobile device are not presented the survey link after the chat session ends.
Steps to reproduce:
- go to the customer's mobile site
- initiate a chat with an agent
- end the chat
The closing message includes a link to the survey.
The closing message does NOT include a link to the survey.
Where it happened:
This happens on the customer's mobile website.
Customers on mobile devices are not getting presented the link to the survey.
