Users With Only The Oracle Social Network Access Role Can No Longer Log In To The OSN Webclient After Upgrade To Fusion Apps R7 (Doc ID 1602820.1)

Symptoms

End users with OSN privileges only (no access to FA) can no longer access the webclient. After they log in, the OAM redirects them to the OSN login page, asking for credentials again. Credentials will not work on the OSN default login page and end user tries to change password which fails with the following message: "Password Reset is not allowed".



Changes

 All this happened after the environment was upgraded to R7.
