Business Process Composer not working in Fusion Application environment. (Doc ID 1604051.1)

Symptoms

Fusion Applications version 11.1.5 is  used.

Fusion Applications is deployed in a Oracle Saas environment.

When accessing Business Process Composer, the Web Forms tab link is disabled and the 'tool tip' says 'Error reaching form service.'
