ER: Bank Account Details For Belgium

Customer would like users to enter back account details based on IBAN number alone, without bank branch.

The customer's Belgian HR users don't know the bank branch and don’t use the original bank account number.

Per the customer: "It would be better to only have IBAN and not have bank account number. The problem is that the bank account number field is mandatory and it is not possible to store an IBAN number in this field as there is a validation check on the field. Same for the bank branch field, this one is also mandatory so we need to use this and cannot remove the field."
