User must be careful to use the same report parameters in order to receiving matching results.
We receive different values of “handled chat” depending on which report we use. For example
IS Account Admin > Departments > 'Chat Activity' and 'Chat Department Efficiency" are showing differing results
Impact of problem:
User is not getting comparable reports
Reports should match if pulled for same time period
