Tasks Showing Multiple Times (Doc ID 1604726.1)

Symptoms

When viewing Tasks from the initiated tasks list, tasks are showing multiple times. However, when  navigating to the parent record (Opportunity), tasks are only showing once.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Click on My Tasks from the Fusion CRM homepage.
2. Select Initiated Tasks tab.
3. View list of tasks with many duplicates.
