TCC: Onboarding (Transitions) Export of Candidate's 2nd Onboarding Process Includes Data From the 1st Process (Doc ID 1604848.1)

Symptoms

A candidate completed a second Onboarding (Transitions) process in Taleo. The data was then exported via TCC from Taleo.  However the export results however contain some data from a previous Onboarding (Transitions) process.

EXAMPLE:

1. "John" completed an Onboarding (Transitions) process in 2020.

2. Later (i.e., 2023), John went through the process again.

Issue - A TransitionProcess export filtered for values after the 2nd time the process ran shows the updated payment type.  However, it still shows the banking direct deposit information that was entered the first time the process ran.

 

Changes

The process is configured to use "Personal Information" Onboarding (Transitions) UDFs for saving the payment type and banking direct deposit information.
