We are working on an HCM Extract where we fetch employees and their manager details when employee is hired.
We run it on daily basis. If there are no employees who are hired the extract does not fetch any data.
We use BI Publisher for reports so when we have data it sends the intended report to managers ,but when there is no data the extract is failing ,the problem though is related to BI Publisher.
