On the hire flow, in the first tab Identification, there is the field Person type which allows a selection of values based on the type of worker being hired. For example, the nonworker type has values of retiree, nonworker, nonworker paid, pensioner, and so on.
Further on in the flow, in the employment tab, the person type which seems to only allow the same value as entered on the identification tab.
