Worker Comments Box Appears in the Competencies Section of Manager Evaluation
In the manager evaluation competencies section the Employee Comments and Ratings box appears even though the employee role is not included in the performance template for this structure.
We need a configuration option to hide the Employee Comments box in the Competencies structure without it being hidden in the Goals structure. Ideally speaking this should be programmatic based on the employee role being included for this structure in the performance template.
It is expected that if the employee role is not selected on the Competency page of the Performance Document, no information about the Employee will display there.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Performance Template; on the Structure tab, do not select Role = Employee and configure.
2. Create Performance Document for Manager; go to the Competency tab, and you will see information for Employees which should not be there.
