Comp Workbook - Delivered field calculations
Fields are not responding as expected. Delivered “Current” salary info is correct, but the comp amount entry is not working correct for different frequencies to the workbook. If the workbook is annualizing the amount, the percent should work the same and the min, mid, max should be annualized as well. Or the amount should not annualize.
There is no dynamic calculation on delivered fields. Eligible salary is being fed from Base Salary – Current.
What is causing this?
If you do not plan in the same frequency as the Workbook, how does Fusion address this? I.e. The Workbook is annual, but the planning is done in the frequency of the salary basis. Example: Annual Workbook, but the planning is monthly for international groups. Example: Brazil is planned in Monthly amounts, so the Comp Amount entry and % need to be in monthly amounts.
Using custom fields and annualizing it back to the delivered entry fields using Annualization factor. However, other companies must need to plan in a frequency that does not match the workbook. In prior Fusion versions, you could plan in salary basis frequency on an annual workbook.
