Fusion Compensation: Budget Access Level Default Value Does Not Get Saved (Doc ID 1607162.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Compensation-Manage Workforce Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Budget Access level default value does not get saved

When setting the Budget Access level to 'No Updates Allowed' > click on Ok > Save/Save and Close, then open the properties again to confirm the access level, the Default values remain blank.

If the Refresh process is run after saving the default value without opening the properties again to confirm the changes, the default value still remains blank and in the Budget worksheet also, access level is seen as 'Updates allowed'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
But access level should retain the values.
