How to Reset AppID User FUSION_APPS_HCM_SOA_SPML_APPID's Password

In Fusion Application, HCM Domain use a internal system account FUSION_APPS_HCM_SOA_SPML_APPID to provision users/roles to OIM. Unlike normal fusion user, although the user exist in both OIM and OID, in default fusion deployment, those two accounts are not linked. If you reset this user's password in OIM console, you will get an error.
After your fusion application environment is successfully provisioned, This user's password will be stored in credential store, as well as in OID and OIM and the value should be the same in the three places. But in some situation, you may see errors below, indicating the password is not matched in all three places.
This article will teach you how to synchronize its password again in the three places.
