Fusion: Performance Document is showing as Blank for Employee under My Evaluations (Doc ID 1610410.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Manage Worker Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No data is appearing on the Performance Document for the Employee.

What happened is as soon as Employee clicks on My Information > Careers > Performance, he sees the various performance documents created for him. However when he tries to click any of the documents and see the details nothing is visible. A new tab opens with the worker name and Document period name and nothing is visible in the performance document. The page is completely blank.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Employee
2. Go to My Evaluations
3. Select a PD and the UI shows a blank screen.4. Login as Manager
5. Go to My manager Evaluations
6. Select a reportee's PD and UI displays the performance document without any issue.
7. Go to My Evaluations and try to select a PD and it opens a blank screen.

This issue is coming when Employee/Manager tries to access his Performance Document under My Evaluations.
Manager is able to review his/her reportee's document under My Manager Evaluations.
