Goal

This article suggests a possible way to identify and remove spam traps from an Eloqua contact database. It is difficult to identify with certainty all spam traps in a database.

To avoid adding spam traps to your database, refrain from uploading rented or purchased contact lists and ensure that marketing emails are only going out to contacts that have subscribed to your emails.
