The customer had developed a new custom BI Publisher report and was working to modify the report template and filtering.
It was established that the report was correctly returning data until such time as a filter was applied to the table that was being used to display the data. Once the filter was applied on the custom Attribute1 column the report displayed 'No Data Found'.
The report began to return 'No Data Found' from the point at which the Table-level filter was applied.
