Symptoms
You receive a bounceback email with the message “Barracuda Reputation (RID 0 - 5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('554', ['Service unavailable; Client host [<mail01.domain.net>] blocked using Barracuda Reputation,” and you see a similar message on the Bounceback History with Messaging report.
The contact’s bounceback status is not marked as invalid.
