Symptoms
You receive a bounceback email with the message “RID 0 - 5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('554', ['5.7.1 Mail appears to be unsolicited -- send error reports to postmaster@domain.com']),” and you see a similar message on the Bounceback History with Messaging report.
The contact’s bounceback status is not marked as invalid.
