Users: Changing Signature Fields on User Profiles

This article describes how to change the values in a user’s signature fields, such as email sender display name, email reply-to address, job title, and so on.


  • This procedure pertains to signature fields in user profiles in Eloqua, in contrast to signature rules that are used to specify email senders for campaigns. These two elements are related, however, any sender that you add to a signature rule must be a user in your Eloqua instance, and the signature fields in their user profile are pulled into the signature rules.
