Goal

I am investigating the use of timeout Webcare (eStara) rules to add proactive chat invitations to specific pages on my public site. Are there controls that prevent the same customer from getting hit with many proactive invitations after they have dismissed (clicked close or no thanks) on a previous proactive invite?
