This document addresses some common questions and use cases for controlling the ability to author reports and analytics in Oracle CX Sales. This document is for CX Sales customers involved in implementation.
Scope
This document is for Oracle CX Sales customers involved in implementation. The tips and techniques detailed in this document may not be suitable for an on-premise deployment of sales applications.
To use the information in this document, you should have a general understanding of how to write SQL to retrieve information stored in the Oracle CX Sales transactional tables. Information about the transaction tables is available in Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER). You should also be familiar with how to access and use Oracle Authorization Policy Manager (APM).
