Symptoms

Issue
-------------
When creating an Appointment a reminder cannot be set unless it is first saved and then edited.

Steps
--------
1. Log in to Fusion Applications
2. Click on Calender Icon on Menu bar
3. Click on Create Icon to create an appointment

Actual Result
-----------------------------
When creating an Appointment a reminder cannot be set unless it is first saved and then edited. The reminder field is not editable

Expected Result
---------------------------
The reminder to an appointment must be configurable at the time of Appointment creation
