Fusion Global HR: Manager does not see detailed historical job/assignment/location change information in history analytic in employment card for reportee

Issue

Manager does not have direct access to core HR tasks, just reporting tools.

Manager has a new employee. The Line Manager cannot see any detailed historical information in the jobs/assignment analytic on the employment card of the employee reporting to them. Currently all a manager can see on this analytic is the action which does not provide any useful details other than the fact that there was a job change or assignment change but no links to details of these changes

Impact of issue

Line managers cannot assess lifecycle of the employee's entire career easily from this analytic.
