Delete Classifications From A Customer And Try To Add Them Again Fails CRM-R7-UPGRADE

When attempting to delete Classifications from a Customer and try to add them again fails, get error
the following error occurs.

The classification code for this party and date range already exists. (HZ-120549)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to „Navigator“ > „Manage Customers“
2. Select “Show: All Customers”
3. Pick a Customer and go to “Edit Customer Page”
4. From the Customer Center (on the left) select “Classifications”
5. Add a Classification and click on “Save and Close”
6. Go back to Classifications and delete the Classification you have just added to the Customer using the “delete Button” (red X).
7. Click “Save and Close” to save the Changes.
8. Once more go back to Classifications. The Classification you added and then deleted should not be visible any longer, because it was deleted.
9. Now try to add the same Classification (same Classification Code and Classification Category) again.
10. Now click on “Save and Close” but this time get error :
The classification code for this party and date range already exists. (HZ-120549)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete an existing classification from a customer (even if red cross is available)
