Fusion Global HR: Active Assignment Status Not Available For Primary Assignment (Temp Asg Flow)

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle
When performing a temporary assignment / global temporary assignment action to create a temporary assignment of the employee, only those assignment status are displayed in the drop down which have the HR status as ‘Suspended’
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select update and select action as ‘temporary assignment’
2. The pop up is displayed to select the primary assignment status.
3. The drop-down of assignment status for primary assignment should have all assignment status (HR Status of Active & Suspended)
